BOTOX®

BOTOX® is a protein that weakens muscles that wrinkle the skin.  It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes and forehead to reduce worry lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines.  The procedure is quick and performed right in the office.  Results typically last from three to six months Call our office to learn about our special introductory offer.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels use a chemical solution to improve the texture of the facial skin by removing its damaged outer layers.  It is helpful for those individuals with facial blemishes, wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation.  Alphahydroxy acids (AHAs), the mildest of the peel formulas, can provide smoother, brighter-looking skin and are used to treat fine wrinkles.  Trichloroacetic acid (TCA), a medium-depth peel, is most commonly used in a variety of concentrations to treat fine wrinkles, superficial blemishes and pigment problems.  Phenol is the strongest of the chemical solutions and produces a deep peel.  Dr. Kutlu may offer you a choice of peel techniques or suggest a combination of peels to obtain the best result for you.

 

 

Filler Injections

Filler injections can be used to restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.  One of the more popular filler injections is Restylane, which has been in use since 1996, though a variety of other products are also available.  Treatment results usually last approximately six months or even longer.

Laser Hair Removal

Dr. Kutlu uses the CANDELA GentleLase alexandrite laser technology to provide permanent hair reduction for both female and male patients.  Depending on the area being treated, treatment could take as little as a few minutes to as long as an hour.  Multiple treatments (usually at least 3 to 5) are recommended since the laser is only effective when the hair follicle is in its active growth phase.
